Wednesday and Thursday

Past few days have been quite good except my speedy gozales thinking again giving me Problems big ones. Karin came yesterday and I told her what was going on too damn much for me right now to quit smoking. Then Hayley cam at 1:30 pm and I went outside with her and started hacking coughing no fun at all because cold air got into my lungs, it was not as warm out as I thought. This has been going on for a week or so so I have been feeling pretty bad on top of the FMS. When Hayley left called the pharmacy, Shopper's Drug Mart (24 Hours) to get zythromaz prednisone and ventolin so I could breathe and get read of this damn cough once and for all. I suspect my sinuses have been drining into my bronchi causing bronchitis on top of the sinusitis which really sucks.

Dad arrived from back in Mississauga Ontario too and he called me and said we would be spending today together Great I have been looking forward to his visit for months now. I have missed him greatly.

Today woke up just coughing and stuff up. Theresa came down and helped me get ready. Dad picked me up at 10:30 am and we went to Annika's Gymnastics Class that was fun. Then we went to Montana's for lunch, He had the prime rib Sandwich and I had my usual, rib eye steak,cole slaw, and smashers with Diet Pepsi Dad had a Keiths beer to drink(pale ale) The n we went to the movie Ghosttown(think Ghost Whisperer,Fri's, CBS) then went back to Ian's. WE had trouble getting back to Ian's though but we got there finally.

He brought up some things he brought me from Toronto and then Read a bit of my paper(which I forgot there damn it) Listened to Evan read his book and sign his sheet with the date name if the book and my initials it was fun to do that with my nephew, he can read pretty good for age 7. Wetn on the deck for awhile to have a cigarette while Dad picked up Ian from the warehouse. Lo and behold Erin,my sister-in-law, wanted another smoke and I could not deny it to her, she is really good to me like the sister I never had her hands have cleared up nicely from the psoriosis finally.

We had bacon cheese burgers and corn for dinner the buns were homemade, I saw Erin makig them when I read some of my paper. Big worries for Stanley Food's voluntary recall of the sandwiches and anything with meat products due to some bacteria found in one of Hygaard's Slicing machines and costing Ian big time oh Hell.

WE had dinner the n Erin gave me some rolls and some leftover hamburgers not fully eaten then Ian and Dad drove me home in the truck as the van was out of gas damn it. Got home called Theresa and Donna. Donna came over clipped Bono's claws and bathed hi and vijsited me and hung out with me helped me out a bit by taking my garbage out and just little things. Theresa visited but not long after she had Spaghetti for dinner as Donna was talking like crazy as she does when she comes here for some reason.

Donna has left and Bono is nice and clean. Going to feed Bono or try to give him once a day feeding around 11 am in the morning, I think. I have to think about that going from twice daily to once a day. Looking forward to seeing Jorge,My Dr. tomorrow believe me eafter all those crazy thoughts and dental stuff happening real quick you bet I am. Especially after Wednesday's asthma attack due to cold air getting into my lungs arrgghh....going for tonight will write more hopefully tomorrow.
