Wednesday

Well my day was horrible in fact. Karin came and we talked for awhile. Hayley came in the afternoon I had taken some ativan but had a panic attack anyway. Went to Doriann's Shoppers to get hair color present for Theresa and one for Erin. Panicked in the store and my legs were going into bad cramps. Got home exhausted and tired from the panic attack. Well I kind of had Christmas blown up in my face see other post. am considerably upset over the whole affair and Theresa was down here with me when I was talking to Erin. Then my Mum did not want totalk to me at all. so I went to bed tried to anyhow very upset. Called Jorge and left a message a few times I hope he calls Thursday.
