Fragile

Today was a hectic day. Met with my new worker,Hayley, she bought me an iced cap from Timmy's then we went to a park and sat down and discussed my goals short term and long term.

They are:

Quit smoking(biggie) and emotional support for it
Dad coming September 24-29,2008
Judy,my best friend, coming October 9-14 2008
Christmas shopping on the web
Buy Christmas cards and give them out and send some as well
Keep seeing Jorge
Getting my teeth pulled out and dentures (biggie)

That is it for now but that is a hell of alot to deal with when I have constant pain from Fibromyalgia (FMS) anxiety(severe) and depression also to deal with.

Called my Mum today short and quick she maybe late coming home from her meeting tonight but what the hay she is the master of the local chapter of the Rosicrucians and tonight is initiation into the Chapter night( have to have annual dues paid)

My anxiety is going through the roof with dentures coming soon and getting my teeth pulled is driving me through the roof. I asked Jorge if he would prescribe me Champix for quitting smoking yes but do it right with a quit date. I also am goingt o have blood tests done as well to check on my cholesterol to see if it has lowered yet with medication and make sure my liver is working properly before I go on the Champix which is metabolized in the liver and then secreted out. I have hada hell of week and its only Wednesday.

Having Chronic pain from Fibro(FMS) is no fun either my knee is acting up so Theresa is bringing dinner down here tonight. I have taken painkillers already and cannot take anymore for awhile darn drat oh well.

Judy may call me I emailed her and phoned her today so she just may call I hope. Tomorrow Karin is coming over at 12:30 pm so I will let loose asnd tell her what is happening with me Too damn much.

Theresa should be down soon and she will be good company. Bono, my wonderful cat, is passed out on the back of love seat as he does this time of day waiting til it is time to be fed. so that is it for now except Jorge did call me today which is great. He told me basically what to do because I was crawlig up the walls with everything that is going on.

Had a porkchop, mashed potatoes and corn for dinner. Theresa was oh so kind to bring it down because of my knee acting up.

Mark just caled and told me that the Toronto Blue Jays beat Baltimore 8-7 at home Great!
