My basement suite is very hot that my cat Bono the second went on a rampage running about the living room and bedroom for fifteen minutes quite funny to see actually. He seems to have the most Energy of both Theresa and I. Just relaxing listening to SONIC which is constantly remembering us that there will be another weekend that you can win SONIC Boom Tickets I won mine last Saturday at about 4 pm MST. I got luicky and was the 9th Caller. SO I am taking both Theresa and Mark and my walker to Northlands grounds Sept 5th for the all day Modern Rock Festival quite looking forward to it.

Twitter and Summer Fun

I guess I am stuck on twitter I get up turn my computer in log into my Tweetdeck and Firefox and I am happy for the day. Oh well I could be getting into much serious trouble than doing this I guess. It is hot well I am hot and miserable for that matter. Have my radio tuned into SONIC 1029 and there you go that is my day in a nutshell. Other than seeing Theresa Mark or my dr Jorge Twice a week. I sn't summer fun oh and takling med sto keep FMS pain away.

Getting Ready to go Out

I am waking up from a fitful sleep and getting Ready for DATS to pick me up to see Dr Jorge. I am looking forward to seeing him to tell him all the things i am doing. Also later today going shopping at the NIKE Outlet store to pick up some clothes I put on hold with Mark. Looks like Tennis warehouse has shipped my tennis bandanas so I will give one to Mark for his Birthdayand keep the other two for me. Just got a package from mum with a cashmere scarf and a new wallet for small trips out to the store thanks Mum. So that will be my day seeing Jorge again and going to the store to pick up Nike Clothing.

Absence Makes the Heart Fonder

In Jorge's absence from work I have missed him truly! But I have grown since i have las t seen him> I won Martin Short Tickets and went with Mark. I won Tickets to SONIC Boom so I could Bring my friends Mark and Theresa and gaining alot of self esteem while I am doing all these things WOW! I think my Dr Jorge will be extremely proud of me and also I am blogging again, some
How I have found the time to blog my thoughts and events in my life again. I just want to thank the FMS-UK list for all the support. Also I have not had a cigarette today which is another good thing that is happening I am quitting smoking with the help of riends and Champix whidc h I pay for.

BTW Cymbalta is working Great!

On another note my meds are working great. The cymbalta is doing its job for the Fibromyalgia and has helped my mood as well. I am getting out more and even going to venture to Rexall Place for Kings of Leon next month and the month after that the Northlands Grounds for SONIC Boom 1st Music Festival with my friends Mark and Theresa. Jorge has been on much needed holidays but is back today so I get to see him today and tell him I wentto see Martin Short Sunday night. Today I am going to the Nike Store to get some more clothes with Mark. Oh yes and next Tuesday is my Birthday and I am going out with friends to Montana's to celebrate.

Best Summer Ever

This summer,2009, is turning out to be a great summer for me. I won tickets to Martin Short who I saw with a friend, Mark, on Sunday Night. I won tickets to SONIC boom music festival so my friends Mark and Theresa can come along with me. I am in no pain from the fibromyalgia except in the left knee which I think is tendonitis. Generally things have been going great fro me at least this summer.
