Weekend

I had a really bad panic attack on Saturday with friends here a little embarassing but what can you do. I had to take an emergency Zyprexa just as I had to on Friday, Oh Well. My friend from across the street and I did a lot of things together all day. She clipped my cat's ,Bono , nails,took out the garbage , helped me wash my hair and condition it for the hair color. We watched Terminator the TV series all day. Theresa came down as well for times to visit and that is when i panicked when both were here arrgghh!!!!. Called Matt up but he was not up to talking as he is having teeth problems too, poor him. Tried to get hold of Judy,on Gabriola Island, buit no answer left a message for her to call me.

I guess with all that is going on I am really stressed out which sucks cause you don't want to do much for fear of more stress yuck. Then I had problems breathing last night, I had a bloody asthma attack but just tried to work through it, coughing like crazy.

Sunday, Much quieter and even had a afternoon nap thank god. It really helped and now I am listening to our alternative music station 102.9 Sonic FM if anyone is in Edmonton. Pretty good Music station. That is it for now.
