Past Few Days

Have not written in my blog past few days due to extractions of my teeth on Thursday and dentures put in. On Thursday my sister-in-law Erin picked me up to take me to the dentist Jerry Thomas for full tooth extractions to happen at 1 pm. She picked me up at 11:30 am with my niece, Annika,. in tow. Erin offfered to take me out to lunch for the last time using my real teeth as she felt we did not have time to go back to the house. We went to Burger King and i had the usual meal, whopper with cheese,medium onion rings and medium Diet Coke. Annika was complaining as she wanted to go to Mcdonald's. But found solace in a play zone at the Burger King( thank heavens). Jorge had given me meds to take at 10 am noon and afterwards for that particular day so I took my 10 am medications and was waiting impatiently for Erin that Morning, took the noon meds at the Burger King and then needed more ativan at the dentists that Erin picked up for me so kindly before she took off for home. I had the dental work done extractions with sutures and all done and she picked me up afterwards to take me to the drugstore How embarrassing when I was not feeling quite well getting pain killers and antibiotics and denture cleaners. Then I got home and just sat down called Theresa and she she came down. Donna called and about 5 pm Jorge called to see how I was doing, not great but living. SDaid I would see him tomorrow. Went to bed early.

Friday woke up and thought I am not going anywhere today canceled DATS to go to see Jorge my Dr and went back to sleep again woke up around 11:30 am and Theresa came down. Just sat in my spot on the couch and talked with her today I could talk yesterday I could not talk that well. Time seemed to fly by and had Ensure for dinner.

On Saturday and Sunday I ate my first real solid food for dinner Saturday just perogies and Sour cream . Then On Sunday Sausages Perogies and sour cream. Did not do a whole heck of a lot these two days but did finish two books on the weekend.

Woke up Monday am with a night mare that Jorge was not my dr anymore and could not get back to sleep so that is that for now.
