Friday

Got up at 8 am to have someone knocking at my door so early. It was George he wanted help putting up curtains in his living room window. So I helped him do that. Then started to read The Sun( my medication came) Then got ready for DATS to pick me up. Allie came and picked me up all be it a bit late 10 minutes but it was him. got to the University Hospital to find Lori was not in her office so sat in a chair by her office until she came. Sat with her and finished reading the paper while waiting for her and put it in the Recycling bin there was a cute picture I wanted to show her of four dogs in a car waiting for their owner to drive. Kelly finally came and sat waiting for Jorge she said it has been busy all week hectic busy. George came on time ( a first) but had to sort something out with Kelly so by the time we got to his office it was 2:05 pm so a bit late he was sorry that he had not returned my phone calls this week but it was very busy for him covering for Craig(in Turkey) and being on call Monday as well. So I naturaly foirgave him and he said he would try harder. Told him what was going on and he wanted me to distract myself this weekend doing things. Like reading the APA Newspaper, medical journals, eating with Theresa, visiting with Theresa and anything else but not thinking down. Waited a half hour for DATS to come was phoning DATS at 3:20 pm when he came and got me gee I waited a long time he said it was the traffic that got him behind. I was feeling really tired at that time and just came home and sat for awhile drinking Diet Coke. Phoned Theresa and left a message then she came knocking at my door. She had taken the steaks out for dinner earlier in the afternoon and thought I was home in the afternoon for some reason, Nope not on Fridays. Tried to have a nap with no luck for about an hour just rested. Talked to Mum early and Theresa brought down my steak after she had eaten. Fed Bono meanwhile waiting for my dinner. Took my medication early and went to sleep.
