Weekend

Well Saturday and Sunday were dull. I woke up both days around 8:30-9:00 am took my morning medication called Theresa and had a coke and a cigarette. Theresa did not come down that early on Saturday but did surprise me Sunday by answering the phone when I called and came down for a Diet Coke and the ritual smoke part of the waking up routine. Fed Bono both Saturday and Sunday close to ten am then had more medication. Saturday I had a nap from 2 pm to about 3 pm and then Theresa came down for awhile to visit she was not herself believe me. Then Scott called wanting to come over with Donna later that same day and guess what about 5:30 pm they came on Saturday to visit. Donna said she would come Tuesday to clip Bono's front claws and give him a much needed bath I have not seen her for ages. It was the first time she saw my new teeth as well. We chatted while Scott read a magazine cripes he does not visit with us but reads which made me mad but he kept going back to reading the magazine. Had Pork chops that evening woith potatoes and mixed vegetables for dinner. Talked to Mum early then went to sleep. woke up at about 2 am Sunday Morning and Read a book for awhile about an hour then took medication and went back to slepp until Sunday Morning. Sunday afternoon I ate lunch had sausages fried potatoes and scarambled eggs butwhile wiating i had a snooze. Theresa visited for awhile then went back to bed until after 4 pm. Going to have perogies for dinner tonight. Oh earlier to day looked at my shaw.ca accounts for email finally had a substantial amount of email to go through but did that quickly. after dinner tonight will call Mum then read and go to bed not much that i am interested in on TV tonight so will call it a night early again after calling Mum and reading for awhile,Break no Bones by Kathy Reichs good series she has going read one of her other books Cross bones a few years ago.

Jorge said to have a fun weekend which this weekend was not really except getting up early Sunday Morning to read then going back to bed. So I did not follow his advice but tonight mioght dig into the APA news paper so I read some medical journals. O h right on Saturday I did some CME on Medscape and got more credits so I am up to about 34 credits of CME work(COntiuing Medical Education). So I guess I sort of followed Jorge's Orders but still felt crummy Sunday night and may take a zyprexa early evening do not know yet if it does not get any better I will.
Had quite a but of pain all over this weekend the weather is getting colder so that directly affects my pain in my left knee and the fibro pain. Well off to drink some Diet coke Follow Jortges orders and call THeresa and Mum.
